Townfield Primary School Admissions

Admission arrangements for Foundation 2* to Year 6 are made through the Local Authority.   You can check you are within Townfield Primary School's catchment area via the following link Wirral Council Catchment Checker.

See below information supplied by the Local Authority regarding the application and appeals process for primary school places:-

*Admissions for Foundation 2 children are completed periodically by Wirral Council.  Once a child is of the appropriate age to apply for an Foundation 2/Reception place, parents are normally notified by leaflet of the application process which is done through the Wirral Council F2 admissions portal (Apply for a Primary School Place - F2), and will also include appropriate deadline date for applications (approximately January) and notification date for application decisions (approximately April time).  

Transferring to Townfield Primary from another school
