11 Year 6 pupils attended a debating competition at Calderstones Park this week. The children had practised their skills in a workshop last week and had the opportunity on Wednesday to debate a wide range of topics against pupils from other Rainbow schools. The topics included ‘Should violent video games be banned?’ and ‘Should children be able to vote?’ The pupils were impeccably behaved and impressed the judges massively - we returned with several medals and a trophy as well!
